RETURNING AN ORDER

PLEASE NOTE: Salty Red does not accept returns or refunds on sale items or items discounted upon purchase or gift vouchers

To start the return process for your order, please send us an email at hello@saltyred.co.za with the following details:

Order Number
Name the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Salty Red will accept exchanges of products within 14 calendar days of purchase if the garment is in the original condition, unworn and with all the original labels / swing tags attached.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to customer error/loss, will not be exchanged.

Step 3: Once your return is received, your new item will be sent to you at our cost

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

All refunds remain at the discretion of Salty Red.
Salty Red will accept returns of full price products within 7 days of purchase if the garment is in the original condition, unworn and with all the original labels / swing tags attached.

Any item in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to customer error/loss, will not be refunded.

Step 1: Send us an email and we will send you our exchange/return request form
Step 2: Goods to be returned at your own cost to Salty Red (Pty) Ltd, 19 Blackpool Road, Bryanston 2091
Step 3: Once your return is received and we are satisfied that it is in it's original condition, we will refund you with a credit voucher which can be redeemed online.
Credits are valid for one year as of the day of issue.

SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNED ORDERS

The shipping fee will not be included on your credit voucher, the amount issued will be the value paid for the garment only.

Return shipping is at the cost and liability of the purchaser and the credit voucher will only be issued once the goods have been received in good order.

INCORRECT PRODUCTS / MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

In the case of incorrect products being delivered vs the original order placed, Salty Red will collect and resend the correct products at our own cost.

In the very unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, the issue must be brought to our attention via email to hello@saltyred.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of goods, accompanied by photo documentation to support a replacement claim.
If the garment is confirmed defective, the defective garment must be in its original packaging, swing tickets attached and we will send a courier to collect the item.
Once we receive the faulty item, we will issue a refund, or replace the item for you.
If you are not happy to receive a replacement for your damaged garment, we will give you a full cash refund.
Please ensure the garment is returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all the original labels / swing tags attached.
